About us
A group of friends from different backgrounds and different languages come together as one team. Our dream: to create a beautiful spot for ourselves and for other travellers. A green gateway hidden behind mango trees, a place to connect, chill, and recharge. Located just a few minutes from Anjuna Beach, a perfect spot for solo travellers, young couples & backpackers.

Cats & dogs are part of the Funky Monkey Family. But don't worry - animals are not allowed inside the rooms, dorms or kitchen area. As much as we love animals, we kindly ask you not to bring your own pets to the hostel. Part of your stay will go into supporting our rescued animals, providing food & visits to the vet. Thank you for your support!
Enviorement
We try to make a positive impact: we invest in recycling & cut down on plastic wherever possible. We offer a water filter, refill your bottle anytime with fresh drinking water. We encourage you to discover Goa "the original way" - by bike, dancing, hopping & walking - please do not bring more cars to Goa (our roads & wildlife suffer from increasing traffic) We kindly ask guests to turn off AC & lights when leaving the room.
Off-Season
The monsoon usually hits Goa in the first half of June, which cools the hot weather down and turns the surroundings into a lush green paradise. Follow us for upcoming Monsoon Specials!
